Microsoft Teams Recording With Verba
Verint Verba is the industry leading Skype for Business call recording solution, with full capture of voice, video, IM, desktop screen share and other application content. It’s easy to deploy, manage and secure, and it provides enterprise-grade call transcription with a highly customizable role-based access control system.
Microsoft Teams recording with Verba is currently supported for lab or PoC deployments only as the Teams calling API is in public preview. Verba hosts a virtual machine in Azure which is loaded as a Teams Bot and then connects to your Teams tenancy via the calling API. Calls are recorded on the Teams Recording Bot and streamed to the Verba server for processing and storage.
The Microsoft Teams Calling Bot uses three mandatory ports to communicate with the Unified Recording server, which are 10501 (TCP – control) and 10502 (TCP – media). There are also three optional ports related to Verba service communications.
In the Default Programs list, choose a program to change. For example, if you want to make Excel your default program, select it. Then, click the Modify button to open the Modify Program dialog box.
You can use the dialog box to change the name of the program, or the folder where it is installed, or the shortcut to launch it. You can also add new commands to the program or delete existing ones. In addition, you can specify a start and end date for the program to run, or a specific time to shutdown the computer.
